Terms and Conditions

Effective date: June 24, 2026. These notices govern Game-Crazy, the browser arcade operated by Digital Conundrum INC. and presented with the TEC-NO Development SA copyright notice displayed in the site footer.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Game-Crazy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the site. These terms apply to the arcade homepage, individual games, private multiplayer features, account features, cookies and local storage used by the site, public pinboard features, advertising placements, and any game files served from game-crazy.com.

Personal Entertainment Use

Game-Crazy is provided for personal entertainment. You may play the games through a normal web browser for lawful personal use. You may not use the site for commercial hosting, unauthorized tournaments, automated traffic generation, resale, surveillance, scraping, malware delivery, credential harvesting, or any purpose that interferes with normal operation.

Player Conduct

You agree not to attack, overload, probe, bypass, exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, or interfere with the website, game code, security systems, network traffic, hosting provider, party-code system, or other players. You also agree not to use modified clients, automated bots, packet manipulation, denial-of-service traffic, or tools intended to gain unfair advantage in multiplayer games.

Private Party Codes and Multiplayer

Some games may allow private player-versus-player rooms using a short party code. A party code is a temporary connection tool, not an account, password, identity credential, or guarantee of exclusive access. Share party codes only with people you want to join. If a code is guessed, reused, abandoned, or unavailable, the match may fail, reset, or connect differently than expected.

Multiplayer game state may depend on network quality, browser focus, device performance, and server availability. Lag, disconnects, mismatched inputs, temporary bugs, or reconnection failures may occur. Game-Crazy may reset rooms, reject rooms, disconnect players, or change multiplayer behavior to protect stability or prevent abuse.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Digital Conundrum INC. operates Game-Crazy. The Game-Crazy name, site layout, game code, game rules, user interface, text, graphics, generated assets, sounds, animations, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Digital Conundrum INC. or its licensors, except for third-party libraries, browser APIs, open-source components, or provider materials that remain owned by their respective rights holders.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the site through a browser for personal entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, frame, mirror, sell, publish, extract, or create a competing service from substantial parts of Game-Crazy unless you have written permission or the action is expressly allowed by applicable law.

User Data, Scores, and Browser Storage

Game settings, scores, cookie choices, cached game files, and similar data may be stored locally on your device. If you sign in, selected game-related progress entries may also be copied to your account so they can be restored on another browser. Local data and account-synced progress are not guaranteed to be permanent. Clearing browser storage, changing devices, using private browsing, browser updates, storage limits, or site changes may erase or change stored data. Game-Crazy is not responsible for lost local scores, lost preferences, or unavailable browser storage.

Pinboard notes are public arcade messages. Do not post personal information, threats, harassment, illegal content, impersonation, spam, links you do not trust, or anything you do not want other visitors to read during the active 48 hour board.

Accounts, Passwords, and Email Codes

The account system requires a password and a mandatory email verification code before it creates a signed-in browser session. Your password must meet the on-screen requirements, including at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character. You are responsible for choosing a unique password, keeping it private, not reusing passwords from other services, maintaining access to the email inbox you use, keeping your browser session private, and signing out on shared devices.

Game-Crazy is designed to store password-derived hash records rather than plaintext passwords, but you remain responsible for the strength and secrecy of the password you choose and for the security of your email account. If another person gains access to your email inbox, password manager, device, browser profile, cookies, or verification code, they may be able to access or affect your account, progress, or multiplayer sessions.

A verification code may be refused, expired, rate-limited, invalidated, or deleted if the account system detects repeated attempts, abnormal behavior, a missing password step, an outdated passwordless verification request, or other security concerns. Game-Crazy may require a new password step, a new email code, or a new sign-in session after account changes, suspicious activity, technical changes, or security updates.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Verification codes, account notices, security messages, and other emails may be lost, delayed, blocked, filtered, bounced, deleted, misdelivered, rejected, unavailable, or sent to an inbox you can no longer access. You are responsible for entering the correct email address, maintaining access to that inbox, checking spam or junk folders, and understanding that account access may fail if an email cannot be delivered or read.

Health and Safety

Stop using the site if a game causes discomfort, dizziness, eyestrain, repetitive strain, distraction, or device problems. Do not play while driving, operating equipment, walking in unsafe areas, or doing anything that requires attention. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the games are appropriate for younger players.

Availability and Changes to Games

The site may be changed, patched, rebalanced, redesigned, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Games may receive new mechanics, bug fixes, visual changes, level changes, physics changes, multiplayer changes, or asset changes without prior notice. Game-Crazy does not guarantee that any particular game, level, score, party code, feature, or browser behavior will remain available.

Third-Party Services

Game-Crazy may rely on hosting, security, content delivery, analytics, advertising, browser, network, embedded media, and infrastructure providers. Optional music may be provided through an embedded YouTube player using the official NoCopyrightSounds channel or playlist. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, ad policies, availability limits, regional restrictions, and technical requirements. Game-Crazy is not responsible for third-party outages, provider restrictions, browser bugs, device limitations, network failures, unavailable ad inventory, unavailable tracks, removed videos, claims, or external services outside its direct control.

No Warranty

Game-Crazy is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Conundrum INC. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, compatibility, email deliverability, account recoverability, and error-free operation. The site may contain bugs, incomplete features, balancing issues, physics issues, visual errors, email delivery failures, or browser-specific behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Conundrum INC., TEC-NO Development SA as identified in the copyright notice, and their respective owners, officers, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost scores, lost progress, lost profits, device issues, interruption of use, multiplayer disconnects, inability to access the site, inability to access an account, or inability to receive or use confirmation emails.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, those parties are not responsible or liable for damage, loss, account lockout, missed notices, expired codes, deleted messages, inaccessible inboxes, spam filtering, bounced emails, delayed emails, misdirected emails, third-party email provider failures, or any other consequence connected to lost, delayed, blocked, filtered, deleted, rejected, unavailable, or undelivered emails.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional misconduct where such exclusion is not permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Game-Crazy, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, or interference with the site, hosting, security systems, or other players.

Suspension and Enforcement

Game-Crazy may block, rate-limit, disconnect, restrict, or refuse traffic, party codes, requests, or sessions that appear abusive, unlawful, automated, security-sensitive, or harmful to service stability. Enforcement choices may be made automatically or manually and may occur without advance notice.

Governing Terms and Disputes

These terms are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. Failure to enforce a section immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. Any dispute should first be raised through an official support or business contact method made available for Game-Crazy so the issue can be reviewed informally.

Updates to These Terms

Digital Conundrum INC. may update these Terms and Conditions when the site, games, multiplayer features, storage practices, ownership structure, service providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Game-Crazy after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated terms.
