Bot Yard
Boxyard Blaster Player Guide
Reviewed July 11, 2026
Boxyard Blaster is an arena shooter against bots. The yard provides cover, but its corners punish players who stop moving or retreat without an exit route.
How the game works
Boxyard Blaster combines free movement, pointer aiming, projectiles, cover, and enemy pursuit. Shots travel across the arena instead of applying instant damage, so distance and movement direction matter. Cover interrupts a direct firing line but can also restrict the player's escape route.
Controls
Move with WASD or arrows, aim with the pointer, and shoot with click or tap. Restart with R.
A reliable approach
Circle the center rather than backing into a corner. Fire while crossing open lanes, then change direction after a bot commits to its approach. The best cover position is one that blocks a shot while leaving two exits available.
Short version: Move through the open lanes and use boxes as temporary breaks, not permanent hiding spots.
Recovering a difficult run
If several bots close in, stop aiming at the nearest target for a moment and move toward open ground. Creating distance reduces incoming pressure and gives projectiles enough travel space to separate targets.
Input and accessibility notes
Movement supports WASD and arrow keys, while aiming follows the pointer and shooting accepts click or tap. The arena uses high-contrast obstacles and health information to keep threats readable.
